Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
Source candidates using platforms like
LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and internal databases.
Screen and evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Track recruitment metrics (time to fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate).
Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and new sourcing tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
