Job Description

Understand client requirements and job specifications. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure. Act as a single point of contact between clients and candidates. Build and maintain long-term relationships with client organizations. Provide regular hiring updates, reports, and market insights to clients. Guide candidates through the recruitment process. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback. Assist in salary negotiations and joining formalities. Ensure a positive candidate experience. Advise clients on hiring strategies, manpower planning, and talent availability. Support clients with role structuring, JD creation, and compensation benchmarking. Provide insights on industry hiring trends and best practices. Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws. Maintain accurate candidate and client records. Handle offer documentation, background checks (if applicable), and onboarding coordination. Meet recruitment targets and turnaround timelines. Track recruitment metrics such as closures, TAT, and success ratios. Continuously improve sourcing and screening effectiveness. Coordinate with internal HR teams, hiring managers, and external vendors. Align recruitment efforts with business objectives. Identify new client opportunities and generate business leads. Pitch recruitment services and negotiate commercial terms. Maintain strict confidentiality of client and candidate information. Follow ethical recruitment practices at all times.
