Job Description
We are looking for an HR Consultant at Stratagyn Inc.
The candidate will be deployed at our Client in Vile Parle ( A leading CA Firm).
Following are the pre-requisites :
Conduct comprehensive
screening of candidates
to ensure skill, experience, and culture fit. Manageend-to-end recruitment
including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and offer closure. Coordinate and scheduleinterview line-ups
with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders. Work closely withhiring managers to understand role requirements
, team dynamics, and talent needs. Managevendor coordination
with recruitment agencies and external partners to ensure smooth delivery. Driveemployee engagement initiatives
to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention. Support and facilitateperformance appraisal cycles
, ensuring timely reviews and documentation. Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and recruitment dashboards. Ensure compliance with company policies, HR best practices, and relevant employment regulations.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
