Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end HR operations
and employee life cycle management
(onboarding, confirmation, engagement, performance support, exit)
Manage
employee relations and grievance handling

Support and advise on
labour law compliance
and statutory HR practices
Drive and support
performance management processes
(KRA/KPI tracking, reviews, feedback cycles)
Work closely with internal teams and clients for
stakeholder management
Manage and maintain HR data using
HRMS platforms

Prepare HR reports, MIS, dashboards, and
data representation

Identify HR gaps, suggest process improvements, and support implementation

3-5 years of relevant HR experience
