Key Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to assess HR needs and develop appropriate strategies and solutions
Support implementation of HR systems including Performance Management, Recruitment Processes, and Employee Engagement programs
Design and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs in line with labor laws and company culture
Conduct job analysis, role profiling, and help in developing KRAs/KPIs
Assist with compensation structuring, benefits benchmarking, and workforce planning
Conduct HR audits and gap analysis
Provide support in conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
Help in training and capacity-building workshops for client teams
Stay updated with HR legal and regulatory changes and ensure compliance
Prepare and present HR reports and project documentation to clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to HR consulting or project-based work
Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and HR best practices
Experience in drafting HR documents (job descriptions, policies, KRAs/KPIs)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
Preferred:
Experience in an HR consulting firm or handling HR projects across industries
Certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, or related credentials (preferred but not mandatory)
