Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Partner with MSME clients to redesign HR processes, talent strategies, and drive scalable growth.

2. Conduct HR audits to identify skill gaps, policy compliance issues, and improve operational efficiency.

3. Develop and implement recruitment, onboarding, retention programs, and performance management systems.

4. Facilitate training initiatives and build leadership pipelines to strengthen organizational capabilities.

5. Leverage HR analytics and reporting to generate actionable insights and track outcomes.

6. Advise MSMEs on succession planning, compliance, compensation, and robust HR policy documentation.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional D&M teams (Sales, IT, Marketing) to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions.

8. Travel Required: Frequent travel to client locations--typically 40-60% of work time--to drive on-site implementation and foster stakeholder engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
