Handle end-to-end recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction process.
Maintain staff records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, labour laws, and school policies.
Support management in policy framing, staff training, and performance evaluations.
Build a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Address staff grievances with confidentiality and professionalism.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth functioning of the school.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Management.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience (school experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of school HR policies, staff recruitment, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
