Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, etc.
Maintain proper employee records, documentation, and HR files.
Handle factory compliance requirements, shop & establishment act, safety norms, licenses renewals, inspections, etc.
Coordinate with consultants, government bodies, and internal stakeholders for compliance-related activities.
Prepare monthly compliance reports and tracker updates.
Assist in HR audits, facility inspections, and policy implementation.
Manage onboarding, exit formalities, and maintain employee registers as per legal guidelines.
Support payroll team with compliance-related inputs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR or related field.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
