We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to manage compliance, employee records, and administrative processes. The role involves ensuring adherence to statutory laws, handling documentation, and supporting smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements
Manage audits, inspections, and maintain compliance records
Prepare and file statutory returns (PF, PT, ESIC, etc.) within deadlines
Implement and update HR policies in line with regulations
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database
Support payroll processing by providing accurate compliance data
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and compliance
Assist in onboarding, exit formalities, and employee engagement activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR/Commerce/Business Administration
Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance
Experience in HR operations, payroll inputs & documentation
Excellent communication, organizational & administrative skills
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
