Key Responsibilities



Review of all legal & statutory documents of Direct Labour and Contractors' Labour. Ensure Compliance from all the vendors in respect of applicable Labour Laws. Conduct Internal Audit and ensure compliance with respect to Customer's Code of Conduct. Arrangement for the inter department meetings to discuss the open points of the audits, arrive at action plan and ensure closure of same within defined timelines. Co-ordinate for Customer Audit as per the audit calendar On site visit and finding of Non-Compliances and analysis and escalation to the respective department and help them for completion. Frequent Communications with Audit team till the end up of the audit requirements. Ensure the status update in customer portal is done timely after getting the approval from all stake holders Handling of All Social Compliance Audits
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
