We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
HR Compliance Specialist
to manage all statutory and labor law compliances for the company. The candidate must have hands-on experience handling
compliance and payroll for 500+ employees
, ensuring all HR processes meet legal and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor end-to-end statutory compliances for all employees.
Handle
PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Welfare
compliances.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payment of dues.
Prepare and maintain employee compliance records and audit documents.
Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for accurate salary processing.
Stay updated with current labor laws and government notifications.
Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
Manage compliance across multiple branches or locations if required.
Conduct internal audits to ensure zero non-compliance.
Support HR policies, employee documentation, and legal processes.
Train and guide HR team members on compliance best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Minimum 5-7 years of experience
in HR compliance and payroll.
Must have handled
a workforce of 500+ employees.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll software.
Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and reporting skills.
Strong coordination, communication, and confidentiality skills.
