Job Description

Job Title: HR Compliance & Payroll Executive / Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records. Acts as the key point of contact for labor law adherence, audits, and payroll-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, PT, TDS, Shops & Establishment, etc.). Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management system. Handle payroll audits, reconciliations, and tax filings. Keep up-to-date with labor law amendments and ensure implementation. Support the HR team with compliance documentation, contracts, and policies. Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with the finance team for payroll disbursements and reporting.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in payroll & HR compliance. Knowledge of payroll software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar). Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws & statutory compliance. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
