4 Get Food And Water Testing Frequently And Maintain Records.

5 Get Weighing Scale Stamping From Government Department Frequently And Maintain Records.

6 Get Weighing Scale Calibration From Outside Authorised Agency Frequently And Maintain Records.

7 Conduct Weighing Scale Calibration Training And Document The Same.

8 Verify Calibration Records Of Weighing Operators Frequently.

9 Get Indoor Air Quality And Ambient Air Quality Report Frequently And Maintain Records.

10 Get Lifts License And Its Renewal And Document The Same

11 Get Lift Inspection & Pressure Vessel Inspection And Document The Same

12 Verify Personnel Files Of New Joiner Every Month

13 Facilitate & Coordinate Fire Noc Renewal Process And Maintain Record

14 Facilitate & Coordinate Food License Renewal Process And Maintain Record

15 Facilitate And Coordinate Security Personnel Hr Documents And Maintain Record

16 Prepare Security Shift Rotation Chart For Third Party Audit

17 Maintain Ppe Register For Maintenance, Hardware, And Cleaning Dept. Etc.

18 Facilitate And Coordinate D.G. Sets Inspection And Maintain Records

19 Facilitate And Coordinate Oil Filtration And Earth Test Report And Maintain Records

20 Facilitate Aml/Cft, Anti-Bribery Training And Maintain Records

21 Facilitate, Coordinate And Conduct Human Rights Training To All Employees Specially For

Housekeeping, Office Boys & Security Personnel Of Surat, Millennium As Well As Jasdan

Frequently And Maintain Records.

22 Get Documents Updated Of Millennium As Well As Jasdan

23 Conduct General Awareness Training Including Bpp-Rjc & Fm Training To All Employees Of Surat, Millennium As Well As Jasdan Frequently And Maintain Records.

24 Facilitate And Coordinate About New Possibilities For Getting Fire Noc At Millennium

25 To Have The Legal Compliances Of Bpp-Rjc & Forevermark Audit At Jasdan As Well As Millennium

26 Facilitate & Coordinate Legal Documents Like Appointment Letter Or Standing Order For

Appropriate Translation

27 To Facilitate Legal Compliance Of The Holidays List For The New Calendar Year And Maintain Records

28 To Impart Product Security Training To The Concerned Employees

29 Verify In & Out Timings Of All The Employees For Third Party Audit

30 Any Other Administrative Work That Is Problematic & Need To Be Resolved By The Company

31 Maintain Registers Such As Accident, Maternity Benefit, & Fine Register And Document The Same

32 Maintain Water Testing, Food Testing. Canteen Workers Health Certificate, Lifts & Compressors Certificates,Lifts Licences, Factory Licences, Fssai Licences, Annual Electrical Inspection Certificate, Transformer Certificate, Checking All Employees In & Out Timings, Security Shifts Rotations, Fire Extinguishers Refilling, First Aid Boxes Refilling, Complaints Recd. Records.

33 New Employees Details Files Checking, New Employees Master Details Checking Pre-Salary Generation

34 Check The Invoices Of It 3rd Party Vendors And Submit After Taking Necessary Signatures
