Good understanding of labour laws, HR policies, and employee management

Ability to handle compliance documentation and inspections

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations

Oversee payroll and statutory compliance

Maintain all statutory registers and records

Conduct HR audits and ensure legal compliance

Recruitment, on boarding, manpower planning

Employee grievance handling and discipline

Attendance, leave management, and HRMIS

Prepare compliance and HR reports for management

Qualification:

Graduation mandatory

MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Experience:

Minimum

5+ years

in HR & Compliance
