JOB Description
Ideal candidates should have proven expertise in the following areas:
Creating, implementing, and updating HR policies Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, and Gratuity Managing labour law adherence and grievance redressal frameworks Experience in handling POSH policy implementation and overall HR compliance
