with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience who can manage core HR operations along with statutory and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with payroll, labor laws, statutory compliances, employee policies, and workplace regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
Process monthly payroll, maintain salary records, and ensure accuracy in salary disbursements.
Statutory Compliance:
Handle PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and other statutory filings. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
Attendance & Leave Management:
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and ensure proper record-keeping in HR systems.
Policy Drafting & Implementation:
Draft, review, and update HR policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.
POSH Compliance:
Ensure awareness and compliance of Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) guidelines within the organization.
Employee Records:
Maintain updated employee databases, contracts, and other HR documentation.
Audit & Reporting:
Assist in compliance audits and prepare HR-related reports for management review.
Employee Relations:
Provide guidance on HR-related queries and ensure smooth execution of HR practices.
