Recruitment & Joining Formalities for new staff.
Statutory Compliance Audit - Prepare Various Registers as per the client requirements (Wages Register Pay slip & Muster Roll Which Maintained at Site by the Contractor. Register of Fine, Deduction Damages & Loses, Advance & Over Time (If Required & Applicable).
Completely attend Audits online/offline as per time line. Closer the NCs within timeline & with coordination to HO till NC closer.
PF Related Works UAN Generation of New joiner, KYC, Activation of UAN, Basic modification, Provident Fund withdrawal forms online & offline. Death-case, PF withdrawal and pension. Form 11 & Form 2.
ESIC Related Works Registration of New IP Joiners, TICO, medical, Form-37 Updating details - Address Mobile no. family, and Account No., filling challans (Monthly & Supplementary), Accident Report filling etc.
Statutory Payment Follow-up for PF, ESIC & PT Challan, ECR and Confirmation and payment of SGB Levy.
Attendance update- (Daily and Monthly attendance OT, OD of staffs) and Salary processing of Bill able resources as when required.
Disciplinary/Governance Cases For PCC, Warning, Absconding, showcase, Termination, legal case at Branch Level and coordinate with govt offices and corporate office till settlements
Others Task Follow up for Full and final Settlement, Gratuity claims, ESIC benefits, Training for newly joined staff.
