Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Monitoring: Keep abreast of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's policies and practices are up-to-date and compliant.
Policy Development and Implementation: Create, modify, and implement company policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and internal standards.
Auditing and Risk Management: Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to identify compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Training and Guidance: Provide compliance training and guidance to HR staff and management, ensuring they understand and apply compliance regulations.
Employee Relations: Advise on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and legally compliant resolutions in line with company policies.
Investigation and Reporting: Lead investigations into alleged compliance violations and prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Data Security: Ensure the secure handling and protection of sensitive employee data in compliance with privacy regulations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
