Manage all factory-related compliances as per statutory requirements, including labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental norms.
Handle statutory returns, licenses, permits, and other legal documentation.
Liaise with government officials and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Prepare and maintain compliance reports, registers, and other documentation as required by the authorities.
Conduct internal compliance audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory norms.
Address and resolve compliance issues in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely submission of statutory returns (PF, ESI, Labor Welfare Fund, etc.).
Keep updated with changes in labor laws and other regulatory requirements and ensure compliance accordingly.
Support the plant HR team in compliance training and awareness initiatives.
Handle grievance management and resolve employee issues in line with compliance requirements.
