Statutory Compliance: Oversee timely filing, renewals, and maintenance of statutory registers, returns, licenses with government bodies (Labour Dept, PF/ESI authorities). Monitoring & Auditing: Conduct internal compliance audits, liaise with inspectors, and ensure closure of observations. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate HR compliance risks and maintain a risk register, says Techfunnel.
