Key Responsibilities
Statutory Compliance
Handle EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishment, Inspector of Factories, TDS, and other statutory filings (both registration and filing).
Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
Manage employee registrations for PF, ESI, and professional tax.
Employee Records
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure KYC documentation is updated.
Manage entry and exit processes related to payroll.
Audits and Reporting
Prepare payroll reports, including variance analysis and tax summaries.
Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.
Employee Queries and Support
Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and statutory benefits.
Assist employees with ESI card generation and other benefits.
Process Improvement
Suggest and implement improvements to streamline compliance processes.
