HR Executive - Compliance



Experience: 2-5 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate/MSW/MBA

Location: Manyata Tech park

Responsibilities:



Possess strong working knowledge of

Labour Laws

and statutory compliance requirements. Prepare

Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Audit documents

and participate in

on-site/physical audits

. Manage all matters related to

ESI & PF

, including issue resolution and employee support. Handle

registrations, renewals, and amendments

under

Shops & Establishments Act, CLRA

, and other applicable labour laws. Prepare documentation for

Client Audits and Government Inspections

, including authorities such as

PF Department, ESI Corporation, and Labour Department

. Compile and share

Monthly/Quarterly MIS reports

related to statutory compliance with the management team. Maintain proper documentation and follow-up for

amendments and renewals

under various statutory Acts. Address and resolve

employee grievances related to ESI & PF

. Prepare and file

Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Yearly statutory returns

as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
