Job Description

Bachelor's degree in HR 3-6 years of experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, and grievance handling. Strong knowledge of

labour laws, POSH, and statutory compliance

. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience in employee engagement activities and policy implementation. Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is an advantage Should know Kannada Mandatory. Drive

Employee Engagement initiatives

to build a positive work culture. Handle

employee grievances

with confidentiality, fairness, and timely resolution. Oversee

POSH compliance

and awareness programs. Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.). Maintain HR records, attendance, payroll support, and policy documentation. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals. Act as a trusted point of contact between employees and management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
