Role Overview:
We are looking for a
dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Compliance Executive
to handle
end-to-end Human Resource and Statutory Compliance functions
within the organization.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to gain
360 exposure
to HR operations, payroll, labour laws, and company compliance management in a growing private limited environment.

everything from employee documentation to HR policies, statutory filings, vendor compliance, safety norms, and data management

Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resource Operations
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Manage onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, NDAs, and other HR documents.
Track attendance, leaves, and maintain HR MIS reports.
Support management in performance tracking and appraisals.
2. Payroll & Accounting Support
Prepare salary statements, leave encashments, and incentive calculations.
Work in
Tally
for payroll entries and compliance postings.
Handle reimbursements, advance settlements, and expense claims.
3. Compliance & Legal Coordination
Ensure compliance with
labour laws, PF, ESI, PT, TDS
, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with consultants/auditors for monthly, quarterly, and annual filings.
Maintain registers as per
, etc.
Draft, maintain, and update HR policies, company circulars, and compliance checklists.
4. Safety & Site Compliance
Support implementation of
health and safety compliance
at factory and project sites.
Keep records of safety drills, contractor compliance, and labour insurance.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure site manpower compliances are updated and submitted on time.
5. Data Management & Documentation
Maintain confidential HR and compliance documentation.
Prepare Excel-based MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards.
Support audit preparation with complete documentation and reporting.
Skills & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / HR / Law / Business Administration (B.Com / BBA / BMS / LLB preferred).
Experience:
0-2 years (Freshers with strong learning mindset are welcome).
Technical Skills:
Tally ERP
(basic to intermediate)
MS Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
- VLOOKUP, Pivot, MIS Reporting
Good typing speed and document drafting ability
Knowledge of:
Labour & HR Laws, PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Statutory Registers
Payroll Process and HR Documentation
Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to multitask.
