Job Description

Greetings from Bharath Home Medicare Pvt. Ltd. Hiring HR & Compliance Executive 1. Ensure and supervise labour law compliances like EPF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund 2. Updated with amendments on Bonus, and Minimum wages eligibility 3. Addressing all queries relation to Bonus/Gratuity/PF/ESI/PT/Salary related concerns efficiently
4. Renewing License & Permits like Registration/Renewal/Amendment/Closure under various labour laws as and when require 5. Maintaining all records, registers, reports, and other related documents as required
6. Submitting periodic returns as per all the applicable Labour Laws
7. Statutory reports preparation for all 3 entities - Form F, Form C, Form D
8. Preparing monthly and quarterly compliance reports. 9. Labour licenses and contract labour licenses. 10. Preparing all contract labour audit documents (Form-XXIII,XXII, XV,etc) 10. Must be willing to travel Candidate must good exposure on above aspects.
