Looking for a skilled professional with 5-10 years of experience in
HR compliance

accounts
. The role involves ensuring statutory HR compliance (EPF, ESIC, labour laws), handling audits, maintaining employee records, and managing day-to-day accounting tasks like GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
Handle payroll compliance, audits, and employee documentation
Manage accounting entries, TDS, GST filings, and vendor payments
Prepare MIS reports, P&L, and assist in audits
Coordinate with legal and finance teams for timely reporting
Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA or similar
5-10 years of experience in HR compliance & accounts
Strong knowledge of Tally/Excel/GST/TDS/labour laws
Good communication and documentation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
