Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage internal team operations.
Counsel and mentor students on career opportunities and skill development.
Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, HR managers, and companies.
Organize placement drives, job fairs, and career development workshops.
Conduct mock interviews, resume building sessions, and soft skill training.
Track and maintain placement records and employer databases.
Requirements:
Experience in
HR, recruitment, or placement coordination
preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and networking skills.
