Opportunity -

Responsible for end-to-end life cycle management for 200+ employees including but not limited to Recruitment, Talent management, Goal setting, Performance management, Employee wellbeing etc. Enable high performance levels through targeted retention and will be responsible for driving productivity. Responsible for manpower planning and succession planning. Provide performance management expertise and assistance to sustain the highest quality workforce To partner with stakeholders to guide and support Business transformations Manage the pay review, incentive and bonus plans and execute according to agreed SLAs. Ensure statutory compliance pertaining to labor laws Custodian for all HR and employment related policies. Review and update the policies and processes to ensure they are legally compliant.

About You

Essential Criteria

MBA / PGDM in HR 8 to 10 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of labor laws and statutes Strong business and HR acumen, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
