Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Noida. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for HR policies, employee relations, labor and employment law, and performance management.

HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) skills Employee Relations knowledge Experience in Labor and Employment Law Performance Management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
