Role/Designation: HR Business Partner
Employment Type: Full-time (work from office)
Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong inclination towards employee engagement and Learning & Development (L&D). This role requires an individual who thrives on collaboration, communicates with clarity and empathy, and acts as a trusted partner to business leaders while enhancing employee experience.
Qualification & Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on exposure to engagement and learning initiatives.
Experience working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
Exposure to fast-paced or growth-oriented environments is preferred.
Male candidates preferred, in line with role and team requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering

• Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders on people-related matters.
• Support talent development, and overall program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with LOB lead to deliver seamless HR solutions.

Employee Engagement

• Drive and improve employee engagement initiatives.
• Own end-to-end execution of engagement programs, surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.
• Hands-on involvement in events, adapting to dynamic work requirement, readiness to travel, and a proactive attitude toward taking ownership beyond defined responsibilities to create meaningful people impact.

Learning & Development

• Identify capability gaps and co-create learning roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Facilitate learning programs, workshops, and development interventions.
• Measure learning impact and continuously optimize programs.

Communication & Collaboration

• Serve as a strong communicator between leadership and employees
• Build trust-based relationships across teams and functions
• Facilitate conversations around performance, growth, feedback, and change
