Create policies & procedures. Follow-up the system Attendance maintenance. MIS preparation Employee performance measurement. Conduct the review meeting Employee engagement activities. Motivate the employees. Conduct the review meeting. Training & development activities. Handling the employee grievances.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Education qualification: MBA (HR) or MSW ( HR )

Age: 25 - 35

Gender: Male only

Location: Salem

Experience: 5 years and above
