About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain day-to-day work and coordinate with reporting manager & recruiters
2. Maintain the coordination between the reporting manager, client, and recruiters
3. Maintain records of the recruiter\'s daily submissions
4. Work on handling client dealing on a day-to-day basis, as per requirements
5. Work on end-to-end recruitment and sourcing profiles, and perform all relevant and required activities till the onboarding of the candidate

Who can apply:

1. Master of Business Administration(MBA) in HR (preferred)
2. Any graduation (engineering will be desirable)
3. Fluent in both written and spoken English
4. Expert at working in Excel (creating files, trackers, managing, setting up formulas for follow-ups with candidates & clients for screening, and tracking each candidate sourced using Excel - not manually)
5. Hard-working
6. Can deliver under pressure
7. Good at keeping managers updated
8. Quick to learn and act

Note:

1. The stipend is Rs 5000 per month, and the pay scale will be revised upon conversion to an FTE resource post the completion of the internship
2. Location: Work-from-home (permanent); base locations are in Gurugram, Bangalore, Pune
3. Working hours: general shift (9 am to 6:30 pm IST; Monday through Friday)
