Work with the business heads, managers, and team lead to improve productivity of employees, Retention strategies and other employee relations Handle headcount of employees spread across the multiple locations Facilitate skip level meetings with employees Address employee grievance and queries within stipulated time Coordinate induction and new line orientation Be an escalation path for unresolved employee relation issues Handle attendance and leave management system Coordinate organizing of internal events such as Rewards and Recognition program, celebrations, and employee engagement activities Job REQUIREMENTs To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria: Any Graduate Above four years of work experience Excellent people management skills Available to work in US Shift
