  • Responsible for delivering HR advice to employees and managers; supporting line managers with HR related cases

  • Using data, provide great culture and people insights to help drive actions that deliver demonstrable value to the business.
  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned business areas and their key people.
  • Know your numbers: ensure regular value-add dialogue on people metrics at LT meetings; use data to provide people and culture insights to enable better decision making.
  • Set & deliver people plan with business leader/s aligned to the goals and strategy of the business area.
  • Design, lead and deliver agreed changes to operating models ensuring alignment to our OD Principles (i.e. spans and layers, clear accountability, customer centricity, etc) and location strategies.
  • Ensure effective change management best practices are applied to all restructures.
  • Identify and review current talent.
  • Develop and deliver appropriate interventions to retain Talent/fill critical gaps.
  • Succession planning
  • Ensure that our D&I objectives are clearly considered and integrated into all people activities.
  • Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of colleagues: be approachable; identify and risk assess safeguarding and/or well-being issues; support any colleague who raises a concern to ensure it is managed appropriately; call out and/or escalate inappropriate behaviour.
  • Develop, lead and deliver appropriate people interventions.
  • Take personal responsibility to deliver a significant strengthening of controls, governance, risk awareness and risk-based decisions.
  • Manage Employee Relations Risk with aligned business area and across the business where appropriate.
  • Champion the use of WorkDay and self service, both for self and others and collaborate across HR function to drive delivery and service improvement for customers.
  • Provide seamless end to end resolution of HR queries to managers and employees. Queries may include but not limited to: Exit/Redundancy management, Policy guidance, absence management, leave, retirement, benefits advice, ER case handling.
  • Support managers with organisational management, related to organisational changes and resourcing (concerted action with Functional HRBPs where appropriate)
  • Support managers with local and global policy queries
  • Apply policies to specific business situations, including determining exceptions
Responsible for delivering great employee experience through pro-actively addressing employee and manager needs
  • Provide coaching and feedback to managers, equipping managers to deal with HR related matters in a correct and compliant way

Experience:
  • 12-14 years of experience working within GCC/captives/IT & ITes industry
  • Should have knowledge of the principles and practices of HR & an understanding of employment Laws / HR practices
  • Proven ability to be a trusted adviser to the business leaders and managers within aligned business. Build trust and personal credibility with leadership team and within HR
  • Demonstrable experience of senior stakeholder management
  • Experience in business partnering role with global organisation
  • Understanding of the wider HR process like: talent management/OD, ER, HR advisory, engagement etc
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market dynamics and show resilience in a fast paced and complex environment
Education Qualification:
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Masters in Human Resources
