Job Summary:
Partner with business leader/s on strategic, business and human resource priorities including talent management, employee engagement, organization effectiveness (performance, organization design & capabilities, and change management) and employee relations. Collaborate with management in order to enable measurable difference in employee focus and increase productivity. The role requires formulating partnerships across the human resource department to facilitate the delivery of value-added services that reflect the business values and objectives.
The role demands keeping the pulse of the organization and bringing in external market perspectives and human resource trends to enable decisions.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:




General Responsibilities

  • Partner and collaborate with various functions and categories to carry out various human resource interventions aligning business dynamics and challenges in the context of shared service centers/technology and managing various stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Business HR Leader, Business HR Associates, Workforce Planning & Analytics to drive various HR initiatives
  • Partner with COHREs and CBS human resource team to influence and execute HR initiatives, policies & programs
  • Adopt and promote agility and new ways of working along with continuous improvement of the HR Partnership Model in the business and facilitate collaboration among Business HR, CBS HR, CoHREs

HR Partnering
  • Understand external factors including external market and human resource trends to provide insights in business decisions
  • Use workforce planning & analytics to provide data based insights on key decisions (e.g. career planning, succession planning, retention, etc.)
  • Provides performance related guidance to the Category Leads, Team leads, Associate Team Leads through Coaching, Career Development, Counseling, and disciplinary actions
  • Provide insights to CoHREs to design, execute the Human resource processes and benefits and to keep them abreast with market trends and business needs

Talent Management
  • Coach the Category Leads, Team leads, Associate Team Leads on topics impacting leadership effectiveness and business results
  • Understand and apply, as appropriate, the company\xe2\x80\x99s philosophy, principles and programs (including, e.g., total rewards, learning, people development, and mobility)
  • Support leadership development by working together with Category Leads, Team leads to identify leadership and functional capability gaps and to work on solutions that are aligned with HR Strategy
  • Partner with the Learning CoHRE and business to identify learning needs including the current and future capabilities gaps and to provide solutions to ensure the organization is future ready
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition CoHRE and CBS HR, and hiring managers to support the talent acquisition and effective onboarding
  • Partner with the Compensation COHRE to effectively carry out job evaluation, grade and salary placement and revision in salary structure based on market trends and compensation benchmark
  • Deploy and execute CoHRE-developed strategies (including, e.g., Talent Acquisition, Rewards & Recognition, Employer Branding, and Learning & Development)
