We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Corporate HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, policy creation & implementation, cultural development, and strategic HR programs. This role will not involve payroll or statutory compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
? Act as a strategic partner to business units by supporting people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
? Design, develop, and deploy HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks across the organization. ? Drive employee engagement programs, cultural initiatives, and organizational development activities.
? Identify HR process gaps and propose innovative solutions using data and AI-based tools.
? Lead initiatives around employer branding, rewards & recognition, diversity & inclusion, and employee experience.
? Conduct HR analytics using Excel/AI tools to derive insights and recommend improvements.
? Facilitate communication between employees and management, ensuring employee voice and feedback mechanisms.
? Coordinate and support performance management cycle, learning needs identification, and talent development programs.
? Support change management initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive work culture. Skills & Competencies
? Strong knowledge and exposure to HRBP functions, talent development, OD, and engagement.
? Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
? Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and AI-based HR tools.
? Strong analytical abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
