Role Overview
The HR Business Partner will work closely with plant leadership to align business and people strategies, optimize workforce performance, and ensure compliance with statutory and operational requirements. The role focuses on driving employee engagement, talent development, and productivity improvement across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with production and departmental heads to align HR initiatives with plant performance goals and manpower planning.?
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and ensure compliance with labor regulations and factory laws.?
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for both permanent and contract workforce to meet production needs.?
Drive performance management and employee engagement programs to enhance productivity and retention.?
Support organizational change initiatives, safety culture, and continuous improvement in workplace practices.?
Use HR analytics and reports to guide leadership decisions on workforce trends and improvement areas.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
