Roles and Responsibilities:
HR Advisory & Consultation: Partner with line managers to provide strategic and operational HR guidance aligned with business objectives.
Employee Engagement & Retention: Foster strong working relationships across teams to enhance morale, build a positive work culture, and improve retention.
Talent Development: Identify high-potential employees and support their growth through tailored development plans and succession planning initiatives.
Performance Management: Implement and manage effective performance appraisal systems, while coaching managers on feedback and employee development strategies.
HR Analytics & Planning: Collaborate with the HR team to analyze workforce trends and data to design and implement impactful HR programs and policies.
Training & Capability Building: Partner with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and deliver learning solutions that align with organizational goals.
Conflict Resolution & Policy Compliance: Address employee relations issues, resolve workplace conflicts, and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
Grievance & Investigation Handling: Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances and deliver fair, timely resolutions.
Compensation & Benefits Support: Collaborate on salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and address employee queries on compensation and benefits.
Process Improvement & Communication: Streamline HR processes, enhance employee experience, and facilitate clear communication during organizational changes or transitions.
