Qualification: MBA
Exp : 3 to 5 years

Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure systematic follow-up for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate employee attendance records.
Prepare and update MIS reports regularly.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
Organize and lead review meetings.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Encourage and motivate employees for better productivity.
Develop and deliver training & development programs.
Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.
Willing to travel (Madurai,Cholavandan,Melur,Thiruppuvanam,Ponammaravathy)
Must have Ms-Office knowledge
Working hours : 9.30 AM to 6.30PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
