Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand team requirements and support workforce planning.
Drive initiatives related to performance management, employee learning, and career development.
Promote employee engagement through recognition programs and culture-building activities.
Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
Track, analyze, and present key HR metrics (attrition, performance, engagement) to leadership.
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach and guide teams.
Hands-on experience in policy development, process improvements, and HR analytics.
Strong proficiency in Excel, HRMS tools, and HR reporting.
