Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR professional to join our team as an

HR Business Partner

. This is a role with a strong focus on

end-to-end operations for the Healthcare Team

and

driving employee engagement initiatives

across the organization.

The role will involve managing and leading engagement programs such as fun activities, monthly engagement calendars, regular connects, R&Rs, and more. You will also serve as a key point of contact for employees and supporting HR Business Partners in ensuring a seamless employee experience.

What You'll Do

Drive smooth onboarding and ensure an exceptional new-joiner experience. Plan and execute employee engagement via townhalls, celebrations, and fun activities. Conduct regular employee connects, retention and exit discussions. Address and resolve employee queries within specified SLAs. Collaborate with the HR Partners on process improvements and support ongoing people initiatives and projects.

Required Core Competencies

2 to 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in HR Operations and employee engagement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Sheets).

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
