We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Business Representative (HRBR) to support our HR operations. The role involves managing employee attendance, ensuring employee engagement initiatives, and traveling to nearby locations as required to support HR-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee attendance records accurately on a daily basis.
Monitor attendance trends and share reports with management.
Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
Act as a point of contact for employees to address queries related to HR policies and practices.
Conduct regular visits to nearby branches/outlets to support HR operations, engagement, and employee welfare.
Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide support in day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Willingness to travel to nearby locations as part of the role.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems is an added advantage.
