Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) - QSR
Location: Bangalore/ New Delhi
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in the QSR industry. The successful candidate will provide strategic HR support to our business leaders, drive employee engagement, and foster a positive work culture. The HRBP will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their HR needs, provide strategic guidance, and develop solutions to drive business outcomes.
2. Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, improve employee retention, and enhance the overall employee experience.
3. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
4. Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
6. HR Operations: Manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee data management.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Provide HR analytics and insights to inform business decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
8. Communication: Communicate HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to employees, managers, and business leaders.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR in the Hospitality industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
