What Makes You a Great Fit

Experience as HRBP in a

fast-paced startup / scale-up environment

. Strong grounding in performance systems & capability frameworks. Excellent grip on

Google Sheets, data analysis, and insights storytelling

. High empathy, problem-solving capability, and business acumen.

Requirements

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 6-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar. Proven track record of aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence and challenge at all levels of the organization. Surge to think strategically while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
