Manage complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and exit formalities
Lead performance management processes -- appraisals, feedback sessions, and PIP implementation
Plan and execute training & development programs using internal and external resources
Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with PF, ESI, and other labor laws
Address employee grievances promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive work environment
Collaborate with leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and retention initiatives
Maintain accuracy in compensation management and HR reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of experience in HR operations
In-depth understanding of HR practices, statutory compliance, and labor laws
Strong communication skills in
English and Kannada
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
Proactive, hands-on professional with the ability to take ownership of end-to-end HR functions

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
