who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This person will lead and support end-to-end HR functions--from recruitment to employee experience--with a strong understanding of HR processes, policies, legal compliance, and performance systems. The role also involves optimizing our
HRMS platform
to ensure seamless HR operations and data-driven decision-making. The role may also be required to provide similar services to GwS clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Drive full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Build pipelines and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Streamline end to end onboarding processes through automation and tools.
HR Policies, Compliance & Legal
Draft, review, and implement HR policies in line with statutory requirements.
Ensure legal compliance (POSH, labor laws, etc.) and maintain up-to-date documentation.
Act as the custodian of employee data and HR records.
Performance Management & Capability Development
Design and implement performance management frameworks (KRA/OKR based).
Enable goal-setting, monthly/quarterly/mid-year reviews, and appraisals with fairness and clarity.
Plan, Execute, and Support learning initiatives, professional development programs and leadership development programs for all employees.
Payroll, C&B & HR Ops
Liaise with finance and payroll stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Support compensation benchmarking and C&B structuring.
Maintain and optimize the
HRMS platform
for smooth operations across onboarding, leave, attendance, performance tracking, and data management.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Drive engagement activities, listening mechanisms, and retention strategies.
Be the first point of contact for grievances and employee concerns.
Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and psychological safety.
Business Partnering
Work closely with business heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
Offer data-driven insights to improve people and performance outcomes.
Advise leadership on workforce planning, succession, and change management.
Skills & Requirements:
2-5 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist or HRBP role.
Strong command of HR laws, best practices, and modern HR tools.
Experience in recruitment, PMS design, and employee lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with
HRMS platforms
(implementation, administration, and reporting).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferably MBA in HR / relevant qualification.
