We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to align people practices with business goals. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, driving performance, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and design HR strategies.
Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Manage performance management, appraisals, and career development initiatives.
Work on employee engagement, retention, and culture-building activities.
Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR standards.
Analyze HR metrics (attrition, productivity, engagement) and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements:
Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3-6 years of proven HRBP/HR Generalist experience.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
