Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering

Act as a bridge between employees & management Drive performance management, engagement & retention initiatives

Payroll Management

Manage end-to-end

monthly payroll

Attendance & leave reconciliation PF, ESI, PT, LWF & statutory deductions compliance

Statutory Compliance

Ensure 100% compliance with all labour legislations Handle audits, returns & statutory documentation Maintain HR policies & compliance trackers

PAN India Recruitment

Handle

end-to-end recruitment across India

Sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding Coordinate with departments for manpower planning

Employee Relations & Administration

Manage grievances, disciplinary procedures & counselling Employee file management, HRMS updates Support administrative operations
