Strategic PartnershipPartner with business leaders to translate business goals into people, talent, and learning strategies
Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
Use people analytics and AI-enabled insights to inform workforce decisions, identify trends, and proactively address risks
Talent Development, Learning & AI EnablementLead talent development strategies including career frameworks, development planning, and capability building
Identify skill gaps using workforce data and AI-driven skills insights; design targeted learning solutions aligned to business needs
Drive leadership development programs for people managers and high-potential talent
Partner with Learning & Development teams or external vendors to deliver blended learning experiences (digital, instructor-led, and AI-enabled learning platforms)
Promote a continuous learning culture, encouraging adoption of AI tools for personalized learning and development planning
Talent ManagementSupport succession planning and talent reviews using data-driven and AI-assisted talent insights
Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies, onboarding, and internal mobility
Drive performance management processes, linking performance outcomes with development and upskilling opportunities
Employee Relations & Manager EnablementServe as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, providing guidance on performance, conduct, and workplace issues
Leverage AI tools and knowledge platforms (where appropriate) to support policy interpretation, manager coaching, and case trend analysis
Coach leaders on effective people leadership, feedback, and inclusive people practices
Organizational Effectiveness & CultureChampion company values, culture, and employee engagement initiatives
Analyze engagement survey results using analytics and AI-supported tools to identify themes and guide action planning
Support change management and transformation initiatives, including adoption of new HR technologies
HR Programs, Technology & ComplianceEnsure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Benefits, Talent, DEI, HR Operations, HR Technology)
Support compensation planning, promotions, job changes, and internal mobility aligned to guidelines and insights
Ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI in HR processes
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP, Talent Development, or L&D roles
Hands-on experience using HR systems, people analytics, and AI-enabled HR or learning tools
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Proven ability to influence leaders using data-driven insights
Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills
