We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will focus on
performance management, strategic HR planning, and operational accuracy
. The role will work closely with department heads to drive productivity, improve employee performance, and ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:1. Performance Management
Drive the complete performance cycle (goal setting, mid-year review, annual appraisal).
Track KRAs/KPIs and ensure timely submission and accuracy.
Identify performance gaps and create improvement plans with managers.
Maintain performance dashboards and reports.
2. Strategic HR Planning
Support business strategy through workforce planning and manpower forecasting.
Analyse HR data to provide insights for decision-making.
Partner with leadership on organizational development initiatives.
Support creation of HR SOPs, policies, and frameworks.
3. HR Operations & Accuracy
Ensure 100% accuracy in attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and employee records.
Manage onboarding, documentation, and compliance tracking.
Regular audits of HR processes (attendance, swipes, performance, compliance).
Support smooth execution of HR workflows with zero errors.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle employee queries and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Conduct engagement activities and feedback sessions.
Maintain a positive and productive employee environment.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of
performance management
& HR operations
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Experience with HRMS tools (GreytHR, Superwork etc.)
Ability to work accurately with deadlines
Qualification & Experience:
MBA HR / HR Graduate
2-6 years of experience
in HRBP / HR Generalist roles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
